Erica is an undergraduate student in the Center for Earth and Environmental Science at SUNY Plattsburgh. She completed an internship with the Department of Environmental Protection in Kingston, NY in summer 2023 and 2024. Erica worked with graduate student Lucas Kemmerling on a project quantifying food resources that restored wetlands provide for waterfowl species. She is currently writing a series of short stories to communicate likely outcomes of climate change for human communities living through the end of the century.
