Early career freshwater ecologist pursuing a doctoral degree in Ecology at Penn State. My passion and experience lies in the fields of invasion and community ecology, with a special interest in benthic macroinvertebrates. My current role is a graduate researcher on the StreamCLIMES project, where I study the effects of drying on benthic macroinvertebrates in streams across the US. Previous research focused on the effects of the rusty crayfish (Faxonius rusticus) on benthic macroinvertebrates in a Maryland river.
