Eli K. Price Plant Science Fellow

University of Pennsylvania

In July 2024, I began as the Eli K. Price Plant Science Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania. I am Beyond excited to learn everything I possibly can at the Morris Arboretum and the Academy of Natural Sciences, both in the herbarium collections research space, and in other various plant science projects. I was most recently employed seasonally as the Adirondack Mountain Club’s Photopoint Monitoring Research Technician, where I obtained data that will help to track rare alpine vegetation change over time. Before that, I was a Graduate Teaching Assistant and researcher at Idaho State University where I earned my Master’s Degree in Biology. My research follows themes of climate change effects on ecosystems, with a focus on plant-pollinator interactions in montane environments.
